September 5th National Anthem BA Football Game - 6:00 Call Time
Sept 24th - Photo Shoot - 6:00AM Call time (8:00-10:00 shoot) -
Location - TBD
Mrs. Cheetwood will style this shoot. We will be in touch to confirm what they are wearing
November 8th Admission Day/REH - 8 AM - 9:30 AM. We will sing in the morning at 8:40 AM. Call time at 7:45 AM. After Admission day, we will rehearse music from 9:00-11:00 in the chorus room.
November 25th Thanksgiving Day Service - Sound check during A1, Service at 11:00
December 7th - Christmas in Brentwood - 12:00PM - 6:00PM (times may vary.....will update as I get more information)
January 15th and 16th - Recording Sessions - At Mr Macs Studio off campus
DAY ONE - 8:30-5:00
DAY TWO - 10:00- until we are done (We will start earlier if we need more time)
You will be excused from school on these two days. Please notify your teachers/coaches well in advance, and be proactive about making up any missed work. Be prepared to stay until we are finished each night. In the event of snow, we will still record.
January 10th and 17th - Recording Session SOLOS - 2:00-8:00
These will be at DAVID WISE MUSIC Studio. Schedule will be sent in advance.
February 7th - Admission Day 8 AM - 9:30 AM. We will sing in the morning at 8:40 AM. Call time at 7:45 AM. After Admission day, we will have Dance reh from 9:00-11:00 in the chorus room. Mrs Cheetwood will lead this reh in the Dance studio.
Feb 22nd - DANCE Day 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM . AT BA in the Dance Studio

Feb 23rd and 24th - Showcase Tech Rehearsal - 5:00 - 10:00 PM - BA
These times could adjust. Keep the dates open. We might NOT have everyone Tuesday night because of Soccer.
Feb 26th - EXCERPTSl - 7:45 CALL TIME - BA. Start at 9:00 for Middle School and 9:20 for High School
Feb 26th - Open Dress REH for Friends and Family (with band) 5:00 - 10:00 PM - BA
Feb 27th - Showcase #1 - 5:00 - 10:00 PM - BA
Feb 28th - Showcase #2 - 5:00 - 10:00 PM - BA
