FOOD, SNACKS & WATER
It is important to stay hydrated throughout the recording session or you WILL lose your voice. Trust me, every year someone loses their voice do to over-singing and lack of hydration. Solos have to be reassigned because, as  Mr. U. would say, "whachagonna do?" Don't be a victim of dehydration! Take care of your voice.

We need to drink an average of sixteen-ounce of water per hour of singing. Please bring your refillable water bottle with you. THIS IS IMPERATIVE!

Sopranos:  bring sweet snacks

Altos: bring salty snacks

Guys: bring a case of water

Please remember, caffeine is not good for your voice, and it is never a good idea to coat your throat with chocolate or milk before you record. Save the sweet snacks for down time between songs when you are not about to sing.

$ - You will need money each day for lunch or brown bag it if you wish.

We will feed you one night, and may order a pizza if we have to go late on another night.
